- Delivery Terms and Conditions We are currently servicing orders with a lead time of 48-72 hours.
- We are open during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time our offices will be closed.
- In these instances, we take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum.
- Change of Delivery Address and Timings Requests for change of delivery address / timing will be taken on a case to case basis and will only be entertained before order dispatch.
- Please note, in cases where the km difference is significant additional shipping fee may be levied.
- Delivery Time Exceeded If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
- Since we use third party delivery partners some of these delays might be beyond our control although we try to minimize these delays as much as possible.
Returns
- DIY kits once purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless in the following circumstances: Missing Products: However, in case of missing items, we will ensure the missing product(s) are delivered to the customer within 24 hours of intimation.
- In case of missing products, customers are requested to intimate us either through an email at customercare@chefling.in within 5 hours of receiving the product.
- To complete your return, we require a photograph documenting the condition of items received.
- Chefling is liable to deliver the missing product(s) within 24 hours of the first intimation.
- In the rare circumstance that this timeline is not met, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund or credit as deemed fit.
- Wrong Product / Unfit to use: In the rare case that you received a food product that has gone bad or is not in a condition to be consumed/ used, customers are requested to contact us at customercare@chefling.in within 2 hours of receiving the package with details about the package condition and other specifics.
- As a company, we prioritize your health over anything else and have a zero tolerance policy towards food gone bad.
- We will arrange a pickup so we can inspect the product and offer you either a 100% refund or a replacement as per your choice.
- To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@chefling.in.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll intimate you with an email confirmation and a callback from our customer success team.
- Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A : YAdditional Ingredients:
For Vegetarian Barbecue:
Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, cherry tomatoes etc).
Indian Cottage Cheese (Paneer) or Tofu.
Thick Curd or Hung Curd (to mix with Zesty Charcoal Marinade Mix and Barbecue Smoke Marinade Mix).
For Non-Vegetarian Barbecue:
Chicken, Lamb, Seafood or any meat of your choice for grilling
Curd (to mix with Zesty Charcoal Marinade Mix and Barbecue Smoke Marinade Mix)
Instructions:
For Vegetarian Barbecue:
In Two separate bowls, Mix Zesty Charcoal Marinade Mix and Barbecue Smoke Marinade Mix with thick-curd or hung-curd.
Marinate your Protein and Veggies in any of the Marinade Mix as per choice.
Thread assorted vegetables, Indian Cottage Cheese (Paneer) or Tofu onto skewers.
Grill until Veggies and Paneer/Tofu have a perfect smoky char.
Glaze with a blend of American Barbecue Sauce or any other sauce of your choice and a drizzle of Pomegranate Molasses.
For Non-Vegetarian Barbecue:
In Two separate bowls, Mix Zesty Charcoal Marinade Mix and Barbecue Smoke Marinade Mix with Thick-urd or Hung-curd.
Marinate meat of choice (Chicken, Lamb or Seafood) in any of the Marinade Mix as per your choice.
Season your meat with a drizzle of Seasoning Sauce for Enhanced Umami Flavour.
Grill meat until caramelized and cooked to perfection.
Brush a combination of Korean Barbecue Sauce and Hot Wings Sauce for a spicy kick during the last few minutes of grilling.
Serve with a side of Jerk Barbecue Sauce for an extra flavour punch.
