- You’ll also need the payment receipt or proof of purchase.
- In case we don't have your desired size available, you will be entitled to choose an alternate product of the same amount or store credits will be issued to you which can be used within 6 months from the issue date.
- Exchange window: 7 days post-reception.
- Mode of return: Self-serve; the customer needs to bear the shipping fees and send it back to the mailing address.
